The position of the landscape crew leader is first to support the direction of the company and its focus as a whole. Currently our focus is commercial maintenance and commercial landscape construction. This would include retail centers, class “A” buildings, industrial office, office complexes, Homeowner association development common areas, screen walls, and amenity centers. New ideas for direction are always open for discussion and considered with the appropriate support to justify the possibilities of adopting new ideas.
The primary focus of the landscape crew leader is to be responsible for keeping the integrity of the landscape installation contracts and obligations tied to the contracts on the properties assigned to him and his crew. This will include but is not limited to the following:
- Must retain a Texas drivers license
- Must retain all legal documents required by state and local laws.
- Equipment and truck maintenance care.
- Paper work such as daily job time sheets, crew time sheet log, work orders, logging hours.
- Equipment and parts inventory management
- Knowledge of all parts and uses.
- Being productive and creating ways for being efficient
- Safety of all personnel and equipment
- Crew morale and training.
- Must have an understanding of all areas of plant identification, plant knowledge and needs, irrigation repair, maintenance, irrigation controller setting, personal skills with job superintendents or managers.
- Must have excellent trouble shooting experience.
- Must be able to use all other type equipment to help perform task and duties assigned.
- Minor knowledge in general maintenance of plant material.
- MUST BE A LEADER!
The position of the maintenance crew leader is first to support the direction of the company and its focus as a whole. The primary focus of the maintenance crew leader is to be responsible to his senior manager for keeping the integrity of the maintenance contracts and obligations tied to the contracts on the properties assigned to him and his crew. This will include but is not limited to the following:
- Must retain a Texas drivers license
- Must retain all legal documents required by state and local laws.
- All general maintenance services performed on properties such as mowing, edging, line trimming, shrub care, tree care, irrigation care, flower care, and all other aspects of maintaining any property to its highest standard.
- Equipment and truck maintenance care.
- Paper work such as daily job time sheets, crew time sheet log, work orders, logging hours.
- Being productive and creating ways for being efficient
- Safety of all personnel and equipment
- Crew morale and training.
- Must have an understanding of all areas of property maintenance.
- Minor knowledge in landscape installation and planting.
- Minor knowledge in irrigation.
- MUST BE A LEADER!
The position of chemical tech is first to support the direction of the company and its focus as a whole. Currently our focus is only on our contracted properties. New ideas for direction are always open for discussion and considered with the appropriate support to justify the possibilities of adopting new ideas.
The following are guidelines and expectations as the Chemical Tech.
- To be licensed by the State of Texas TDA and or Structural.
- One Year Experience required.
- Building ongoing relationships as needed with the customer base to assure stability and confidence in a working relationship.
- To be involved in organizations in our industry and in our community that will provide information and leads for our growth.
- To be actively involved in vendor relationships to know and understand their availability and pricing.
- To work one on one with Haynes Account Managers and representatives on sold contracts to assure the integrity of the contract and extras outside the contract.
- To keep an inventory of all equipment and materials and to order and purchase needed equipment and materials as needed to perform duties.
- To maintain equipment and vehicles with proper PM schedules, repairs, safety needs, reports and all local and State laws and regulations .
- Train and work with all members of those responsible for applications. This will include but not limited to Chemical Techs, Account Managers and crew foreman. Have “Emergency” plan of action in all possible situations where hazards of damage to property or personal are involved.
